Return policy

Tangible notebooks, cue decks, or woven bands mailed from Oklahoma City may qualify for orderly returns when parcels remain materially unused. Workshops themselves are experiential gatherings and do not behave like refundable digital subscriptions.

Posting window

Initiate written notice within fourteen calendar days of USPS delivery scans. Coordinators acknowledge instructions within two business weekdays with a prepaid return label when the SKU matches original batches.

Eligible condition band

  • Printed folios arrive without handwritten ink, bends, moisture rings, or dog-eared archival tabs.
  • Card decks preserve factory shrink wrap unless you received demonstrator editions explicitly marked “open-stock.”
  • Fabric ribbons keep original packaging clip so warehouse staff reconcile dye lots.

Items drifting outside those categories may recycle locally at your discretion—we cannot remit salvage credits unless a defect predated shipment documented with photos forwarded to coordinators.

Excluded categories

Personalized embossing, postage stamps consumed during experimental mail tests, goodwill donations earmarked for public park upkeep, downloads that do not currently exist inside this SKU table, nor workshop attendance fees routed through municipalities remain non-refundable once scheduled.

Mail-back choreography

Repackage goods using recyclable padding, cite your original invoice number internally, ship to: Returns Unit · 11501 N Rockwell Ave · Oklahoma City OK 73162 · United States.

Tracking numbers assist reconciliations; postal losses without coverage remain between sender and USPS according to tariff rules published by the carrier.

Refund pacing

Accepted parcels trigger reimbursements covering item subtotal—not outbound postage—via the tender type used originally once inspection finishes within approximately five weekdays. Coordinators annotate ledgers openly for accounting partners who request verification for advertising-related audits.

Florayoung organizes outdoor movement workshops rooted in factual scheduling and transparent correspondence. Hosted programs meet in publicly accessible landscapes around Oklahoma City, United States.
